Pure Meditation

Pure Meditation is the key to coming to know our true nature, access to greater peace within and more fully expressing ourselves, being more loving and being master of our mind. It helps all aspects of our lives; to help us to manage stress and changes, to live a richer and fuller life and be more sensitive to ourselves and others. It is essential to our well-being and progress. 

Incorporating the highest Raja and Kriya Yogas. This meditation has been passed down by a line of Masters, Self-Realized Souls and is brought to us now by a living Master – Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma. Ancient and sacred, yet ever-new and scientific, Pure Meditation is perfectly suited to busy 21st century lifestyles.

Pure Meditation enhances the process of evolution and is given by the Masters for this purpose. This should not be confused with visualization, relaxation or other meditative states. By the practice of Pure Meditation we are consciously tuning in with Cosmic Consciousness, withdrawing from our five sense telephones, until we can transcend to a state of extreme awareness, with blissful joy. In this way every aspect of our lives becomes enriched, for Pure Meditation is our spiritual food. It gives us all we need to live our life in peace, with love and wisdom. It helps deepen our work and play. We become at one with Life.

Pure Meditation courses are taught with unconditional love, without dogma, encouraging all to develop their full potential, with ongoing support for courses always available.

Pure Meditation is taught at the Centres as a 5 day course under the loving guidance of Mata Yogananda Mahasaya Dharma. In this way you are able to learn and absorb the techniques on a deep enough level and truly find the peace. This is followed approximately 6 months or more later by a 2 day Meditation Refresher, where all who are ready may receive the Kriya ONE Breath. The course also covers skills pertinent to dealing with busy lifestyles and for looking after your energy. We pass on spiritual knowledge that will deepen your understanding in all areas of life and help you to become Master of yourself on every level.

Pure Meditative Peace

This course can be a valuable first step towards learning the Pure Meditation, it takes about an hour or so to learn either by individual appointment or in a group. This technique will enable you to develop a mindfulness and meditation practise, to reduce stress, improve concentration and bring relaxation. Also held as a four week course.

The four courses run on Tuesday evenings or Sunday afternoons, they are $120. Also available as a single private appointment for $95. A book, handouts and ongoing support are included.

Open Meditation Evenings

You are welcomed to join us for meditation evenings at 7.30pm every Sunday with a special one on the second Sunday of each month. A time to enjoy sharing peace with others, to lift our thoughts up and send love and healing to those in need with a Winged Prayer at 9pm.
