Courses for 2018

Pure Meditation Courses are a five day retreat and in depth meditation course to be held on the following dates:

January 14th - 20th
April 15th - 21st
June 3rd to 9th
October 21st - 27th

Transformation Hatha Yoga and Relaxation classes  run throughout the year on Mondays at 10am and Wednesdays at 7pm. There are also Ante Natal Yoga classes available on Saturday mornings. Please enquire.

Pure Meditation Foundation and Mindfulness Courses run for four weeks from 7 – 9pm on Tuesdays or 3-5pm Sundays - please enquire for dates.The course can also be learned with a one off personal session by appointment.

Balanced Living Courses for Teachers and Carers run in most term breaks for two days. Holistic Energy Care courses for professionals run at times throughout the year. Please contact us for details.

Animal Healing Courses are held regularly over a weekend, courses are planned for March, May, September and November.

Personal retreats and accommodation are also available.
