Courses for 2017

Transformation Hatha Yoga and Relaxation classes  run throughout the year on Mondays at 10am and 7pm and Wednesdays at 7pm.

Pure Meditation Foundation and Mindfulness Courses run for four weeks from 7 – 9pm on Tuesdays or 3-5pm Sundays - please enquire for dates.

Balanced Living Courses for Teachers run in most term breaks for two days. Holistic Energy Care courses for professionals run at times throughout the year. Please contact for details.

Animal Healing Courses are held regularly over a weekend.

Personal retreats and accommodation are also available.
